Fall Out of Bad Habits

How many bad habits are you guilty of? Nail biting, snacking, picking your nose… My personal top two are procrastinating and stress-eating.

Whether you want to admit it or not, we all have bad habits and they can turn up in a million different ways.

Most of our bad habits are in response to stress. It is actually a pretty simple formula: Something happens 👉 emotions or physical tension gets triggered👉 you unconsciously fall back on an old habit to try and trick your brain into thinking you feel better.

Clarity can change your life.  When you are clear about who you are, what you want and the things you deserve, you become more happy. This knowledge can get clouded by thoughts and beliefs picked up in childhood, by experiences, and even other people’s expectations.
