Why I do it
I used to be a walking train wreck. On the surface my life looked pretty amazing. I had spent years living all over the world, from Africa to Asia and Europe. After coming back to the States I worked in fashion, managing a haute couture line. I regularly worked with celebrities and on TV shows. There were a lot of people that envied my life. What they didn’t know was on the inside I was so overwhelmed by self-doubt and anxiety I could barely function.
For years I went to therapists and tried different medications – It never got me very far. My first panic attack changed everything. Sitting in a rental car unable to move, it felt like I was dying even though I knew I wasn’t. It was a life changing moment. I had a choice: find a solution or be dead by 40.
With an open mind and a massive dose of skepticism I decided to try hypnotherapy. After two short months I had freed myself from anxiety. Also gone was the negative inner voice that had bullied me most of my life. Because it was so life changing, I decided to do a 180 on my life and become a clinical hypnotherapist.
Since then I have worked with hundreds of people helping them achieve the same inner balance and peace. I teach people how to live in the moment with clarity, focus, motivation, and joy. Your mind is an amazing tool. Now is the time to start using it to live your best life.
