Yesterday evening, I attended an event on mindful eating given by the very inspiring health coach Rebecca Friedman, at The Urban Canning Company’s fabulous location on 4th St. (If you live in St Pete and haven’t been there already, you seriously need to check them out)

Find Your Calm

calmWhen clients come to see me it can be for just about any reason.  Sometimes I think I’ve heard everything – that is until the next person walks in the door.  But there is one thing my clients have in common.  No matter what the issue, ultimately every person wants to feel calmer and more centered.

When we are calm it is easier to clear our mind, bring in peace, feel more connected and be happier.  It can even lead to greater health.
